Dear Young People, Caregivers, Professional Professionals, Politicians and others interested 🌞
We are pleased to invite you to this intercommunal follow-up workshop! Last we met at Holbæk Library for an important dialogue ahead of the municipal elections - and now it's time to take the next steps towards concrete (common) solutions and cooperation agreements.
Whether you participated last time or are new, we need your voice as we gather to identify initiatives that will make a real difference for children, young people, caregivers and professionals around Central and Western Zealand.
**What are we going to achieve together? **
We will exchange knowledge and everyday experiences with, among other things:
- school absenteeism and distrust among children and young people - and possible measures that can help ensure school attendance and well-being, and pave the way back to school
- moral stress, system stress and stress reactions in adolescents as adults - and possible joint solutions thereto
- loneliness and the desire of young people from last to create places where they can meet across educations, hobbies and ages - a proposal that resonated with adults.
In addition, we will discuss the potential of cross-cutting and affiliation initiatives, public-private cooperation and co-financing across the municipal/public silos.
The goal is to end the day by jointly having some concrete project ideas and cooperation agreements to proceed with, both locally, in individual municipalities and across municipal boundaries.
ample time has been set aside for all phases:
· Idea generation: brainstorm about possibilities and new angles, combinations.
· Concretization: selection and detailing of 3—4 ideas - including some of them from last.
· Action: identification of resource needs, allocation of tasks and agreements on the next steps.
This time, we will be guided safely through the process by Lokalgruppen Dan Eriksen from Holbæk Teachers Circle, Circle 52. Together with the rest of the Local Group, he, Gry Ravn Rønne and Charlotte Lambrecht will support the process and invite them in with knowledge, experience and collection from the end.
Tick the calendar and sign up now. And feel free to bring a friend/neighbour, family member, colleague or collaborator - the more we are, the stronger our joint proposal stands.
We look forward to moving closer to action with you.
Warmest greetings,
Local group Mid- & Westsjælland
(PS: thanks to Trivselsfabrik for providing their booking system when registering for the event)

**ABOUT THE LOCAL GROUP: **
*The local group is part of the national grassroots movement Wellbeing Alliance for Children and Young People and wants to gather local forces around this important issue — including decision-makers, professionals, citizens — young people and adults, civil society actors, business and others. *
*In short, everyone in Central and West Zealand who can subscribe to the vision and dogmas of the Trivselsalliancen is welcome to join the local group and the national organization — either as a member or as a partner. You can either participate in the practical work or support it — the latter plays an important role. *
*Neither the Local Group nor the organisations that have gathered here wish to compete with existing initiatives. Instead, in addition to their own projects, they will bring together local forces where their activities and future projects overlap, so that resources can be shared, for the benefit of the children, young people and their families of Central & Western Zealand, as well as the professionals they come into contact with. *
*Likewise, our aim is not to compete with public tenders, but rather to provide pilot actions for the development and testing of both new and existing measures, as well as possible complementary or alternative partial solutions that could eventually be incorporated into or strengthened public solutions. Just as they will be able to support cooperation and co-financing across public silos, in order to provide rapid and tailored help, as well as prevention, without going beyond the core tasks, for example in primary schools. *
*Currently, the following have joined the Local Group: Trivselsfabriken, Holbæk Lærercircuit Kring 52, Sjællands Teater, The Association for Children with Anxiety, BalCon & DanseDreme, as well as a number of private citizens — And there is always room for more. Just as we like to collaborate with others. We are happy to attend coffee meetings to turn opportunities around. *
***About the Well-Being Alliance: ***
The Wellbeing Alliance *for Children and Adolescents is a grassroots movement that works for a society where children and youth thrive and where the necessary help is available to those children, youth and families experiencing distress. *
*Including a society where those who work with children and young people are dressed with the latest knowledge and competencies, and where the framework in which they meet children, young people and families counteracts betrayal and distrust while strengthening relationship competence, attachment, well-being and job satisfaction. *

COMMON TO WELL-BEING
The Well-Being Factory helps kindergartens, schools, educational venues, businesses, associations, and other communities create increased well-being, resilience, and healthy life habits for children, adolescents, and adults. We use FRIENDS Resilience© — a well-documented holistic program bluestamped by WHO, which we have adapted to Danish conditions.
We are official partners with FRIENDS Resilience in Australia.
**Together, we can strengthen mental well-being where people come together—through open dialogue and resilience. **
**What are we doing? ** We make research knowledge about well-being, community and resilience easy to understand and use in practice. Because we believe that we learn best together and come the furthest when we support each other in applying what we learn in everyday life.
That is why we offer courses and certification to teachers, educators and other professionals so that they can work concretely with well-being in their communities. In this way, they share a common language about well-being and resilience with the children, adolescents and adults they share everyday life with.
Just as we offer the program as a common language and foundation for anchoring team building and personal development.
**Why do we do this? ** Because we believe prevention is paramount — and because we can all be a resource for each other when we share this common language and foundation, both in everyday life and when things get tough.
When everyday challenges grow large and lead to distrust, stress, anxiety or loneliness, strong communities and personal resilience make a huge difference. It benefits both people and the economy.
